Cordel literature inspired this beautiful celebration of the Northern part of Brazil

June is a month that marks many celebrations throughout Brazil. For the Festa Junina lovers, alongside its regional sweets, colored flags and warm wine, it is the perfect time to enjoy the country from North to South. The NGO Florescer dedicated to activities in the poor community of Paraisópolis (SP) in partnership with the incredible Priscila Pandolfo, organized a party inspired by the Brazilian Northeast and its Cordel literature. The result was a work of art, consisting of pastries, cakes, flowers and colors that exalts this culturally rich and varied region.
